Fawks offers up a nice mix of original and organic sounding hip hop instrumentals that have a real improvisational jazz feel about them. While the running line of the project is a series of sound bytes espousing the benefits of a holistic, vegetable rich diet, the real theme of this project is the melding of live instrumentation and sampled rhythms in a very free-form type of way.
